SF People is headed up by Sally Falkinder, a passionate, friendly and results-driven recruiter with 20 years’ experience in the areas of recruitment, human resources, training, resource development and education roles in Australia, Japan and the UK.

SF People was created from Sally’s desire to support organisations in finding great people and connect candidates to their next role, while providing an empowering and encouraging experience throughout the whole process. As a people-person who thrives when connecting with others, Sally has built a thriving career helping people from all walks of life succeed at work and has witnessed organisations take their business to new heights through finding culture-fit employers and developing high-performing teams.
